T. Vance et. al.: Kodansha's Romanized Japanese-English Dictionary
and Kodansha's Pocket Romanized Japanese-English Dictionary
There are also many electronic dictionaries, which are easy to use, but rather costly ($200-500). They usually have English-Japanese, Japanese-English, and Japanese-Japanese dictionaries in one machine.
